Returns and Exchanges

If the product you ordered doesn't fit or is unsatisfactory, you have 30 days to return or exchange the purchased item based on the date of the original receipt for a product of equal or lesser value or a full refund; excluding the shipping cost.


PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.


Please know that returned items:

- must not be washed OR worn outside of trying on,
- must not be damaged, soiled, or made smelly,
- must be placed back in the original packaging with all original contents present.

How to make an exchange:

Send us an email (jauntgc@gmail.com) with the following:
- write "Product Exchange" in the email Subject line,
- reason why you wish to exchange the product,
- the original invoice number

We will then review and provide you with a return address. Once the originally purchased item is received by us, we will provide you through email with a promo code in which will eliminate the price of the exchange product. Proceed to fill out the Checkout section to completion with the promo code submitted in "Apply Coupon" before clicking "Checkout/Pay Now".

How to return a product:

Send us an email (jauntgc@gmail.com) with the following:
- write "Product Return" in the email Subject line,
- reason why you wish to return the product,
- the invoice number on the receipt and full name of the purchaser

We will provide you with a return shipping address. Once the item is received by us will refund the full amount of the product excluding shipping.
*Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be billed back to the original method of payment once we receive the product.
